Cuba Untouched
Exclusive to our casa we are pleased to be able to offer a Private Sugar Valley Tour off the tourist trail, stopping at 7 key locations. let us transport you almost 200 years back in time, when the valley had 56 sugar mills and was the largest sugar producer in the world. 11,000 slaves worked the fields at this time, in an area of about 250 km2. Some 70 archaeological sites have been discovered. We will visit renovation sites where you can see the wealthy owners houses, watch towers, the outline of tiny slave huts that would have housed up to 10 people, factories, a school. Find out who hid the gold. Walk through the sugar cane, see how sharp and heavy it is? Try 'Guarapo' sugarcane juice? Our tours have been put together by local Cubans, whose ancestors lived and worked in the valley. Many families still carry surnames from this period.
We have since expanded these tours to cover untouched beaches and deep rainforest trails unseen by tourists.

Location
Cuba is a unique and intriguing country with elegant Spanish colonial architecture, classic cars, sugar-white sands, sapphire-blue seas, coconut palms and a big welcome for our visitors. You will be based in Trinidad and each yoga class will reveal new delights such as sunrise on a stunning beach, the iconic sugar plantations or tranquil mountain and rainforest. You will stay in a comfortable local casa, with A/C, en-suite bathroom, mini bar, 24-hr hot water, sea view, private terrace and walking distance to local attractions.
Trinidad is perfectly located in-between the clear blue waters of the caribbean sea and the Escambray mountains. It’s also a world heritage site over 500 years old with pretty pastel coloured houses and a colonial cobble-stoned historic centre. The sun shines all year round with day time temperatures averaging 23℃ in the winter and 36℃ in the summer. It’s the perfect place to relax and escape the winter blues.
Trinidad is the jewel in Cuba's crown, we have 14 beautiful beaches, 6 waterfalls, sugar plantations, coffee plantations, caves. We are close to a huge nature reserve with mountains and rain forests. Use your free time to relax, there’s plenty of glorious beaches close by, beautiful views, great snorkelling and diving. Feeling more energetic try one of the many waterfall hikes in the mountains , horse riding, cycle to the beach, a dance class, sea swim with dolphins and much more. On-site health trainer and nutritionist for both personal inspiration or group sessions to give you the skills, knowledge and confidence to eat and live healthy. Guests can also enjoy a blissful restorative massage or chill out in our hammocks on our rooftop terrace with a cocktail, beer, fresh juice or smoothie.
Instructor
Our teachers are highly regarded, experienced, and teach a balanced mix styles of Yoga: Power Vinyasa, Restorative, Revive, and Yin. Our instructor caters to all levels of yoga ability and understanding, including beginners. Extension classes are available. Classes are delivered in english
